Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 11am. Flexible check-in and check-out times provided free of charge whenever possible.
House Rules and Notes: This condo is an upstairs unit. It is kept allergy-free so please no pets or smoking. The condo is furnished for adults and not child-proofed, so no children under 8 years old without permission of the owner. Enjoy yourself, but please be respectful of the Palm Canyon Villas neighbors. Per City of Palm Springs Ordinance 1918, no amplified music is allowed outside including the balcony and pool areas. Maximum overnight occupancy: 4. Maximum vehicles: 2.
Terms: 25% due at booking, balance and refundable $250 security deposit due 30 days prior to stay. Return of security deposit is initiated within three days of your stay. A standard rental agreement and ID are required.
